Performance Improvements
v1.8.0 includes significant under-the-hood improvements to how EasyLedger loads and processes data. Users with larger datasets — hundreds of customers, invoices, and expenses — will notice faster load times across the board. Report generation in particular is noticeably quicker.
UI Refinements
Several interface elements have been tightened up based on user feedback:
- The invoice editor now has a cleaner layout with better spacing
- The dashboard summary cards have been redesigned for better readability
- Navigation between sections is smoother with reduced screen flicker
- Date pickers now default to the current month for faster entry
Bug Fixes
This release resolves several issues reported by users:
- Fixed an issue where tax totals on invoices could display incorrectly when multiple tax rates were applied
